The Feel Good Factor tackles health inequalities by improving lifestyles and increasing access to opportunities. The Older and Active Project specifically works across Leeds to promote healthy and active lives for older people using a Community Health Educator approach to motivate and empower older people, especially those who are isolated or risk isolation.
