We have a strong track record of successful development from multi-million pound masterplanning projects to urban renewal and new-build developments. We create sustainable communities by building homes for sale and rent alongside homes for reduced and part ownership, as well as commercial units, live/work apartments, homes with care and support and nurseries for pre-school children.

We develop new homes that are not only energy efficient and have a limited effect on the environment, but which are also appealing to the people who live in them.

Sheltered Housing: housing with support for older people 

Our sheltered/retirement housing is specially designed for people over 55 who are looking for complete independence but with easy access to support when it’s needed.

We’ve been providing attractive, comfortable homes for older people since 1965 and work hard to make sure that all our schemes are very much part of the local community. As well as the support we provide, we can also provide access to services from local councils, health care providers and others that can offer leisure services or social activities.
