CIRCLE: Reducing isolation in later life through co-production

CIRCLE, University of Sheffield, would like to invite you to an event which they will be holding in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University as part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science week in November.

The event will explore how co-produced initiatives can add value to interventions aimed at increasing participation in later life.

The aim is to introduce co-production to a broad audience, including the third and public sector, academics across faculties, volunteers and the general public.

It will provide practical examples and encourage discussion around the ways in which co-producing research can contribute toward a better understanding of how communities can work together in their respective areas.

The event will take place at the Circle conference Centre in Sheffield (33 Rockingham Ln, Sheffield S1 4FW) between 2-4.30pm on the 11th November (the event is free and refreshments are provided).

If you are interested in attending you can book via the following link: https://isolation.eventbrite.co.uk
