Time to Shine

Our flagship programme for tackling loneliness and social isolation in Leeds began in 2014 and is set to run until 2022. Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, over 100 third sector partners have been involved in delivering a wide-ranging plan filled with exciting campaigns, events and initiatives.

Age Proud Leeds is a campaign raising awareness of ageism, with a view to changing negative attitudes around ageing and challenging how older people are sometimes viewed in society.
