LOPF has been awarded funding from Independent Age Cost of Living fund to support older people through the cost of living crisis and reduce the impact of poverty in a new programme, Warm & cosy. We are one of 50 organisations to receive such a grant.

We will redistribute funds to organisations who successfully apply to be delivery partners in two grant rounds, in December 2022 and June 2023. The first round Warm & cosy is open from 7 December 2022.

Applications will be accepted from any third sector organisation, small community groups or larger registered charities.

Grants of up to £1000 are available for a range of activities

The deadline for applications is 12.00 noon, Wednesday 21 December 2022.

Apply to be a Warm & cosy delivery partner

Our delivery partners will work directly with the most vulnerable older people (aged 65+) in Leeds, supporting them through the cost of living crisis with a range of immediate crisis measures to alleviate problems and pressures.

Warm & cosy will run until December 2023.
