Profile image for Jenni Scott

Communications Officer

15 – 19 September

Falls are not an inevitable part of ageing, and with the right support, most falls can be prevented. Staying active, building strength, and improving balance can all help reduce your risk.

This year’s theme is “From Awareness to Action” encouraging us all to take positive steps to stay independent, confident, and connected.
