The University of Leeds are conducting two studies and are looking for a group of older adults to participate.
Study One: Non-Invasive Brain Stimulation Study
Join an exciting research study investigating how safe, painless brain stimulation may influence thinking skills in adults aged 60 and over. Participation involves short daily visits to the University of Leeds over two weeks, with longer sessions at the beginning and end to complete interactive cognitive tasks. By taking part, you will contribute to important research focused on optimising brain health and wellbeing as we age.

Study Two: Exercise & Natural Supplement Study
Take part in a friendly research study exploring how gentle resistance-band exercise and a naturally sourced supplement may support thinking and memory in later life. Adults aged 60+ are invited to join a short, two-week programme with guided activities and simple cognitive tasks. You will need to come into the University of Leeds on 2 occasions at the beginning and end of the two weeks of exercise and supplement. Your participation will help advance research aimed at promoting lifelong brain health.
