YouGov is conducting research into the potential boundaries that less digitally confident people in the UK face. By understanding user needs more deeply, the end goal is to develop products that help everyone in a world that prioritises technology.

What’s involved?

A 45-minute telephone conversation. These will be conducted from Tuesday, 5 May onwards.

Who can participate?

YouGov are looking for adults who may be less confident using digital options in their day-to-day life and who tend to lean towards cash when dealing with money.

Incentive

Participants will receive £40 directly to their bank for their time.
