LOPF – same values, brand new!

Profile image for Rob Cook

Communications Officer

We have been doing some updating, reflecting change as we move towards the end of seven years’ innovative work with our brilliant partners in the Time to Shine programme.

We hope you have discovered and enjoy using our clean, modern website, built by our friends at Leeds-based agency Let’s Dance. We’ve made it so much easier to quickly find whatever you need: your local Neighbourhood Network Scheme; a report, toolkit or video to help you plan activities; a local Age and Dementia Friendly business, and much more. We welcome feedback about the new website.

We will continue to publish news stories about what we’re up to, and the bigger picture about older people and ageing, in Leeds and beyond. Sign up to receive our monthly bulletin, delivered direct to your in-box.

We will no longer be updating the Time to Shine website, and we will be winding down the TTS social media channels. Please now follow LOPF on Twitter and FaceBook.

We’ve also updated our logo – it’s now simpler and clearer.

With all this change going on it feels important to clearly state that some things remain the same. Our goal is to make sure every older person in Leeds has the opportunities, freedom and support to live the life they choose. We are still driven by our core beliefs, and our values shape our approach. We are:

  • Compassionate
  • Collaborative
  • Progressive
  • Authentic
  • Positive

We look forward enormously to working with old partners and new, through 2022 and beyond.

Rob Cook
