I’m Alex, the current Management Accountant for LOPF. I’ve worked with LOPF for three years and just wanted to share my experience before I leave. It may help anyone thinking about applying to replace me.

I have very much enjoyed working with LOPF – the team and the trustees are lovely people, very caring and approachable and dedicated to improving the lives and communities for older people in Leeds. The office is small and friendly and the work undertaken by the Management Accountant is varied and interesting.
As Management Accountant I have been responsible for the finances of the whole organisation, working closely with the CEO, project managers and treasurer and chair of trustees. Even though I’m a freelancer I’ve very much been part of the LOPF team. There is incredible flexibility to undertake your work to suit your needs – something I’ve really valued as a working mum.
If you want to work in an environment that is really supportive, friendly and accommodating then this is the place for you!
Are you the person who will replace Alex?
