Hospital re-admissions Prevention Worker
ABA Leeds is recruiting a Hospital Re-admissions Prevention Worker to work in partnership with Hamara project workers and enhance the services provided by the NHS local neighbourhood teams by supporting the BME community on discharge from the hospital to prevent readmissions, keep patients safe and active, access other services and reduce isolation.
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Salary: £21,589
- Contract: Until end April 2023, with an opportunity for extension

Dementia Activity Group Facilitator
MAECare is looking for an experienced, skilled worker to develop and deliver their weekly ‘Silver Linings’ group for older people living with dementia.
- Hours: 5 hours per week to include Thursday mornings
- Salary: £20 per hour
- Contract: Freelance role, initially September 2022 – March 2023

Trustees of Leeds Older People’s Forum
LOPF is looking for two new Trustees, to join the organisation’s Board and help with overall governance and direction.
You would need to be aged 60+ and/or have experience of working with older people, and be passionate about ensuring that older people in Leeds have the opportunities, choices and support they need to live the life they want.
Being a Trustee would, on average, need a commitment of about an hour a week, taking Board and sub-committee meetings into account.
Anyone with financial expertise would be especially welcome.
