Volunteer your time to research
Leeds Older People’s Forum collaborates with local and regional universities on research that focuses on, or may impact, older people. We ensure that older people are meaningfully involved throughout the research process, contributing valuable insights based on their lived experiences.
Opportunities to take part may include:
- Helping to disseminate research findings to relevant audiences
- Contributing to the design of research questions
- Participating in workshops and focus groups to share your views
- Becoming a ‘peer researcher’ by gathering feedback from others in your community or age group
- Completing surveys or questionnaires
We always try to provide a ‘thank you voucher’ for your time involved in these types of activities.
If you are interested and would be happy for us to keep your details on file for other opportunities, please complete this form: Research Volunteer | Leeds Older People’s Forum
