Could you be an LOPF trustee?

Profile image for Rob Cook

Communications Officer

Leeds Older People’s Forum is looking for two new Trustees, to join the organisation’s Board and help with overall governance and direction.

You would need to be aged 60+ and/or have experience of working with older people, and be passionate about ensuring that older people in Leeds have the opportunities, choices and support they need to live the life they want.

LOPF has been working with and for older people since 1994. We are about to embark on an exciting new chapter: as our successful seven year Time to Shine programme reaches a close, we are embarking on our new Enhance programme, while other existing work continues to thrive.

Being a Trustee would, on average, need a commitment of about an hour a week, taking Board and sub-committee meetings into account.

Anyone with financial expertise would be especially welcome.
