Our Friendly Communities project brings together Age Friendly Leeds and Dementia Friendly Leeds, with the ultimate aim of making Leeds an age and dementia friendly city.

This post is for a new Friendly Communities Officer to bring a focus to our Age Friendly Ambassador scheme which aims to encourage change through action and awareness raising by spreading the Age Friendly message.
