In 2025 Leeds Older People’s Forum was approached by Leeds Public Health to co-ordinate small NHS grants and action by third-sector partners across a number of Primary Care Networks to increase the uptake of vaccinations by older people. This end-of-grant report summarises partners' approaches, learning and impact.
