We host events throughout the year which bring people together to celebrate, connect and challenge. Our two main city-wide events take place around Dementia Action Week in May and IDOP in October.

Dementia Action Week is a national campaign led annually by the Alzheimer’s Society in May.

Age Without Limits Day

Age Without Limits Day is an annual day for us all to come together and take action to end ageism – as individuals, with friends and family, in our communities and in our workplaces.

International Day of Older People 

The International Day of Older People (IDOP) is celebrated annually on 1 October in Leeds, with a different theme each year.
